Our policy for personal care returns, damaged items, incorrect items, exchanges, and cancellations.

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because OBN Beauty sells personal care products, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, handmade soap, body care, oils, scrubs, and beauty tools, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested items.
- Skincare, haircare, body care, oils, lotions, scrubs, and soaps
- Lip products and cosmetic items
- Beauty tools that have been used or opened in a way that affects hygiene
- Custom, made-to-order, limited-edition, wholesale, event, or gift set orders
Refunds
Refunds may be considered for damaged items, incorrect items sent by mistake, missing items from an order, or eligible order issues reported within the required timeframe.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and full order contents.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, prepared, customized, or shipped. Because many products are handmade or prepared soon after purchase, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges, but we may review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis for eligible unopened items. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs if an exchange is approved.
Final Sale Items
Custom products, sale or clearance items, opened personal care products, used beauty tools, gift cards, limited-edition items, event orders, and wholesale orders may be final sale.
Allergy or Sensitivity Concerns
Please review product ingredients before purchasing. Everyone’s skin and hair are different, and we cannot guarantee that a product will work for every individual. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or ingredient concerns, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.
