Shipping Policy
Processing times, shipping details, tracking, local pickup, and package support for OBN Beauty handmade orders.

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Because many OBN Beauty products are handmade, small-batch, or prepared close to fulfillment, processing times may vary during sales, product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping method selected or confirmed at checkout. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside of our control are not the responsibility of OBN Beauty.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in or near Northwest Arkansas. Pickup instructions are only shared after your order is confirmed and ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received pickup details from OBN Beauty.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. OBN Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
