At OBN Beauty, we want you to *love* your look as much as we love creating it for you! If your order doesn’t make you feel as fabulous as it should, don’t worry—we’ve got your back.

Here’s the scoop:

- 14 Days of Love: Not in love with your purchase? You have 14 days to return it from the day you received it. Just make sure it’s in its original, unused, and unopened condition!

- Quick & Easy Returns:** Simply reach out to our lovely customer service team at Obnbeautyco@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. We promise it’s easier than perfecting your winged liner!

- No Hassle, No Worries:** We aim to make every return stress-free. Once we receive your items, we’ll process your refund (minus shipping , Customer pay for return shipping unless damaged or defective) as quickly as possible. You'll be back to slaying in no time. Your refund will be issued within 3-5 days of approval or delivery of the returned Merchandise.

- Exclusions: Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we unfortunately can’t accept returns on used items, wigs, or opened hair extensions. But don’t fret, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
